Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common – property ownership
Most couples who jointly own a home will find that their ‘share’ of the house will automatically go to the other party in the event of their death under a ‘Joint Tenancy’ agreement. If you’d prefer others to benefit instead (such as children or other family members), or shelter your share of a property from a call on a partner’s care fees we can change the ownership to ‘Tenants in Common’, all at a fixed price.
