I would highly recommend Smalleys, and in particular Louise Mangham and Fran Matthews, who dealt with the sale of my property. It was an exceptionally challenging and at times frustrating transaction, with repeated changes to the proposed completion date, further enquiries being raised very late in the process, and a number of difficulties arising on the buyer’s side. Throughout it all, Louise and Fran remained professional, patient and incredibly persistent in working towards getting the sale completed. I appreciate that many of the difficulties were outside their control, but I always felt that they were doing everything they could to move matters forward, keep me informed and deal with the issues as they arose. I know I wasn't always the easiest client during the more stressful stages of the sale, and I certainly did my fair share of chasing! Nevertheless, Louise and Fran remained helpful and professional throughout, and I’m very grateful for the perseverance they showed in getting the transaction over the line. Thank you both for all your hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smalleys, Louise and Fran to anyone looking for a professional and committed conveyancing team.

We cannot recommend Smalley’s Solicitors highly enough. Louise and Frances in the conveyancing team were absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. They were professional, efficient, approachable and incredibly helpful, keeping us informed and dealing with everything with real care and attention. Moving home can be stressful, but Louise and Frances made the legal side of the process feel organised, clear and under control. Their communication was excellent, and whenever we needed help or clarification, they were responsive and reassuring. Deanne handled my late father’s estate with real professionalism during a difficult time.
