She listens carefully to each client, takes time to understand their individual circumstances and provides advice suited to their needs. Melissa enjoys meeting new people, hearing their life stories and helping them put their affairs in order with clarity and confidence.

Outside work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her children and taking them to their activities. She also enjoys crafts and baking. Melissa also takes part in the Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk with her dad and plans to participate again next year.
