Pritpal has moved away from fee-earning duties to concentrate on business development and managing the practice’s day-to-day operations as the firm’s CEO. This shift allows fee earners to dedicate their efforts to delivering exceptional service to clients, while Pritpal ensures the firm meets complex regulatory requirements. He has retained his practising certificate, enabling him to step in when needed, ensuring the firm maintains its high standards.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and conveyancing work, Pritpal brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm, regularly advising on complicated business transactions. His meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for compliance distinguish him as a standout professional in the field.

Pritpal also plays a crucial role in assisting the firm’s Business Fraud department, offering expert advice on complex fraud cases involving areas like Trading Standards, mortgage fraud, and VAT fraud. His experience allows him to bring a commercial perspective to legal defences in collaboration with criminal lawyers.

Moreover, Pritpal provides ongoing guidance to the Regulation Authority (SRA). His experience with SRA compliance helps the firm stay aligned with the modern standards expected by regulators while preserving its commitment to traditional, high-quality legal service.

Setting up Lasting Power of Attorney for me and my wife, Marcia explained everything in detail including the role of attorneys. She was extremely helpfuil from initial contact on 24th September 2025 until the LPAs arrived, fully completed, on 11th February 2026.
