I would highly recommend Smalleys, and in particular Louise Mangham and Fran Matthews, who dealt with the sale of my property. It was an exceptionally challenging and at times frustrating transaction, with repeated changes to the proposed completion date, further enquiries being raised very late in the process, and a number of difficulties arising on the buyer’s side. Throughout it all, Louise and Fran remained professional, patient and incredibly persistent in working towards getting the sale completed. I appreciate that many of the difficulties were outside their control, but I always felt that they were doing everything they could to move matters forward, keep me informed and deal with the issues as they arose. I know I wasn't always the easiest client during the more stressful stages of the sale, and I certainly did my fair share of chasing! Nevertheless, Louise and Fran remained helpful and professional throughout, and I’m very grateful for the perseverance they showed in getting the transaction over the line.
