Setting up Lasting Power of Attorney for me and my wife, Marcia explained everything in detail including the role of attorneys. She was extremely helpfuil from initial contact on 24th September 2025 until the LPAs arrived, fully completed, on 11th February 2026. The registered paper LPAs have beern kept secure with our wills at Smalleys and Marcia has forwarded to us three certified copies should it become necessary to use them in the future. She even explained how to set up the LPAs online at www.gov.uk. So important to have these in place, so a big thank you to Marcia
